A cookie is a small data record that your browser stores for a site. Similar technologies such as local storage can also remember preferences. This document explains HOSTIMOR's site technologies; cookies of other sites are subject to their own policies. For information on the processing of personal data, see the Privacy Notice (KVKK).
2. Cookie types and choices
Strictly necessary functions such as session and security are treated separately from language/display preferences, analytics and marketing purposes. The explicit consent required for non-essential technologies cannot be inferred from your having visited the site or accepted the general agreement. There should be an option to refuse or withdraw consent; the result of this choice should not be turned into an unnecessary barrier to the service.
The “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of the site opens the current preference interface. You can check the category options shown, and clear or block records from your browser settings. Blocking essential session cookies in your browser may affect functions such as logging in and placing orders.
3. Records observed on the first page load
In the test site review dated 4 October 2026, the following first-party cookie names and durations were observed in the first page response. Values are not shared; durations are the maximum lifetimes reported by the server. This list does not cover all records that may be created later during a payment or external verification step.

If a new tool or integration is introduced, the inventory should be updated after assessing its purpose, provider, duration and legal basis. This document does not assume that any third-party advertising/analytics tool is used.
4. Consent, recipients and security
If non-essential analytics or marketing records are to be used, they should not be started before the required choice has been obtained. The presence of a checkbox in the preference panel is not by itself proof that all related records are actually blocked. The technical category mapping in this test version should be verified before live use.
External payment, verification or other integrations may transmit data to their own providers. The scope should be explained separately in the relevant transaction; if there is a transfer abroad, the conditions of Article 9 of the Law should be applied. Cookies should not hold passwords, full card details or unnecessary sensitive data.
