2. Order-specific information

• The Customer's name/trade name, billing address and contact details for notifications.
• Service name, package/category, quantity, domain name or server selection and key technical specifications.
• Billing period, service term, total price including taxes, currency and any expressly selected additional fees.
• Payment method, conditions for activating the service and the performance time stated at the time of the order.
• Renewal rules, the right of withdrawal or any exception applicable to the specific service, and the complaint and application method.

Before completing an order whose service, price or scope seems unclear, you can ask the support team for clarification. If the package page shows prices excluding taxes, the total amount including taxes shown before payment is what applies.

3. Service, price and billing period

Hosting, reseller and virtual server products are provided with the resources and management scope of the selected package. Domain name registration, transfer and renewal are subject to the registration rules of the relevant extension. A domain name appearing available in a search does not by itself mean that the registration has been completed.

The monthly equivalent of an annual package is for information purposes; it represents the annual total divided by 12 months. If a monthly period is selected in the order, the monthly period fee is charged; if an annual period is selected, the annual total is charged. Additional services and third-party license fees are shown separately. Pre-selected paid add-ons do not replace the Customer's explicit consent.

4. Performance, renewal and support

Once payment and the required verifications have been completed, the service is provided under the conditions stated in the order. If additional review or technical preparation is required, information about this is shared. If performance becomes impossible, the consumer is notified and refunded within the periods set out in the legislation. The end date of the service and the renewal payment can be tracked from the customer account. Automatic charging applies only within the scope of a valid authorization.

The scope of support varies according to the selected package; paid additional work is carried out only after the scope and price have been approved.

5. Information on withdrawal and refunds

In consumer service contracts where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, the period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded. Notice may be given in writing or on a durable medium before the period expires. E-mail, support tickets, KEP or written postal channels may be used. For withdrawal without giving reasons, the information on this page does not make the use of a specific form mandatory.

Exceptions relating to services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly, and to services whose performance begins with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period expires, are assessed if the specific transaction and the conditions in the legislation are met. An automatic loss of rights is not presumed for every hosting or domain name transaction. The 30-day commercial money-back guarantee on annual hosting and server purchases applies separately. 6. Records and applications

The pre-order information, the exact terms of the selected service and the accepted version of the agreement should be associated with the order. Merely publishing a general page does not show that this obligation has been fulfilled. The Customer may keep their own copy of the order, the invoice and the information provided.
