Hostimor Theme Reinstallation and Basic Configuration

Your initial theme setup and basic configuration are free once per license. This product is for reinstallation or new basic configuration requests after the initial service.

One job applies to the existing WISECP installation on a single licensed domain name. It covers uploading/activating the theme, applying the logo and colors you provide, menu and homepage section settings, and a basic appearance check.

Process steps

1. Place the order with the account that holds your existing theme license.
2. Specify the licensed domain name in the support ticket.
3. Share the required access details in the secure area of the support ticket; prepare a backup of your files and database.
4. Our team reviews the request and schedules the job with you.

A new theme or WISECP license, installation of the WISECP software, server migration, product/data entry, custom design/code development and third-party module installation are not included. Investigation of theme-related errors is covered by active support. If you have not used your first free service yet, open a support ticket through your theme service instead of purchasing this product.
