Hostimor Live Chat brings visitor, client and agent conversations together in a single workspace. The mobile-friendly chat window adapts to the site's primary / secondary colors and its light / dark theme.

New in 1.0.15

Guest conversations are not automatically assigned to an account at registration or sign-in. An account/session change clears the previous thread and unsent draft.
Authorized admins can end waiting and AI conversations without taking them over. Another agent’s active conversation stays under that agent’s control.
Unread message badges clear when waiting, AI or completed conversations are read. Tab counters show the total number of conversations.
Completed conversations can be moved to Deleted and restored. Messages, attachments and ticket receipts are retained; restoring history does not reopen it or replace another current conversation.
Conversation controls adapt to narrow screens, with space reserved for the composer in workspace view.

A chat flow that recognizes the client

Logged-in clients are not asked for their contact details again. Guests are asked for their full name, email address and phone number. The admin can see the page the client is on and, if available, the contact details in their account; they can claim the chat, reply and search past conversations. Unsent drafts are shown to the agent live; only sent messages are archived.

AI and agents work together

You can choose OpenAI / GPT, Google Gemini or Anthropic / Claude as the provider. Using the company information defined by the admin, the AI helps with hosting, domain name, server, DNS and SSL topics. Its support scope is restricted so that it does not respond to off-topic shopping or unrelated requests; it has no tool for searching the internet. When an agent is requested, it first offers to help; if the request is repeated, it transfers the conversation to an agent. Outside working hours, it saves the conversation for review.

Account information and support tickets

When an authorized admin enables these options, the assistant can use the logged-in client's services, orders and client-visible support history related to their question. It helps based on service status, renewal date and remaining time. Once enough information has been gathered for an unresolved issue or a request to open a ticket, it can create a WISECP support ticket in the client's account. Service ownership and sub-account permissions are verified; only one ticket is created per conversation. Admin notes, payment details and access passwords are not included in the knowledge source.

A comfortable workspace

The Go to workspace button to the right of the header aligns the chat with the available space on the screen. If the page is scrolled manually, the button takes you back to the workspace. On mobile, the conversation summary is collapsed by default and opens and closes with a tap. Space is reserved for the message box and the send and file buttons. The AI takes earlier needs into account using the conversation history and summary, and it uses package information from the business's verified catalog.

Images, history and notifications

JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP and PDF files are supported. Images and PDFs are previewed within the chat. Email and SMS channels for new conversations are enabled separately; recipient admins are selected in the settings. For delivery, the WISECP email / SMS provider and cron jobs must be configured.

Installation and updates via the Marketplace

Requires at least WISECP 5.0-beta.2, PHP 8.2 and an ionCube Loader compatible with the package. The PDO/MySQL, mbstring, OpenSSL, Fileinfo, cURL and ZipArchive extensions must be available. The source package has been tested on PHP 8.2.34 and WISECP 5.0-beta.3; the approved encrypted package was installed on Hostimor.com, and licensing, integrity and preservation of settings were verified. Newer WISECP versions are not blocked; a not-yet-tested notice is shown.

The approved ZIP is installed in the WISECP admin panel via Tools → Add-ons → Upload New Add-on. Later Marketplace versions go through a separate review; update notifications and installation are handled by WISECP's update wizard. The Marketplace package does not use the direct Hostimor update installer. Back up your files and database before updating. The native update wizard preserves settings; manually re-uploading the package may overwrite the config.php file.

Publication does not upgrade an existing installation automatically. Back up your files and database and use the approved Marketplace update for your licensed domain.

Support name and optional branding customization

You can edit your business's support name with the Support display name field on the Appearance page. Hiding the chat's Hostimor | İsa Güngör footer, or replacing it with custom text/an HTTPS link, requires the separate Branding Customization extra package: 2,499 TL + VAT / 12 months. With an active, signed entitlement the customization fields are unlocked; if it is not renewed at the end of the term, the Hostimor footer returns automatically. Your custom preferences are kept and can be used again after renewal. This extra entitlement does not change the main lifetime license, the update packages or the WISECP Powered by area. The main add-on license is on sale; check the availability of extra packages on the relevant service page.

The gallery shows the 1.0.15 desktop workspace, customer chat, mobile messaging and Deleted/restore view with illustrative data. Real customer details and API keys are excluded.

On a new installation, an admin with full privileges can access the add-on.
After an update or migration, package integrity is verified automatically; during normal use it is read from the cache.
Encrypted support messages are not included in the AI context or the admin account summary; the account summary is limited by the relevant admin permissions.

On mobile, there is a collapsible conversation summary, a message box that stays on screen and separately positioned live support/back-to-top buttons. If the provider reports limits in its API response, the latest request/token values can be monitored in the panel; these are not a credit balance.

14 October 2026 update fix: A temporary integrity error that occurs during copying is no longer kept in the persistent cache. A visitor check after 60 seconds or the per-minute task re-verifies it; a corrupted package is not opened. Schema upgrades are recorded independently of the settings file's version. The 1.0.14 package containing these fixes was published on the Marketplace on 16 October 2026; new license sales are open through Hostimor.

License and fees

Lifetime usage license for a single domain: 7,990 TL + VAT. Updates are free for the first 6 calendar months. After that, the 6-month update package is 1,490 TL + VAT and the 12-month package is 2,490 TL + VAT. The end of the update period does not stop you from using the currently licensed version. To download new Marketplace packages, your usage license and update entitlement must be active. When the period ends, no new updates are provided; renewing restores the download entitlement. The first installation and the first domain change are free. Each subsequent installation is 750 TL + VAT, and each additional domain change is 500 TL + VAT. The AI provider's API usage fees are not included in these prices.

After purchase and service activation, get your license key from your client account. Installation and updates are provided through the Marketplace with the approved ionCube-encrypted package; the source review package is not a client download.

The usage license and the support/update entitlement are assessed separately. Review the domain, term and renewal conditions in the product details. For the Hostimor theme, the end of support does not end the lifetime right to use the installed version.

The Hostimor theme is not distributed as open source; the protected PHP files in the commercial package are encrypted. Logo, colors, text and content are managed from the panel. If you need file-level development, review the license terms and talk to support.

Approved versions of the Marketplace package are offered in the WISECP admin panel. An active domain license and support/update entitlement are required; the administrator starts the installation. The existing Hostimor development profile uses its own update channel.

The installation guide is included in the theme package. Installation service, hosting, the WISECP license and third-party services are included only if the product offer explicitly states so. Automatic installation should not be assumed.
