Hostimor | e-Logo

Formalise your WISECP invoices as e-Fatura or e-Arşiv through the e-Logo private integrator (Turkey). When you mark an invoice as "Official", or automatically after payment, the add-on checks the buyer's GİB registration, picks the right document type, sends the invoice to e-Logo and attaches the number and the official PDF to your invoice. Your customer sees the official invoice in the client area.

Developed by Hostimor, the add-on changes nothing in the WISECP core: everything runs through WISECP's own hooks and task queue. It has been tested end to end on the e-Logo test environment (pb-demo), including e-Fatura, e-Arşiv, PDF and cancellation flows.

Automatic formalisation

• e-Fatura or e-Arşiv? For every invoice the buyer's tax number is checked against the GİB e-Fatura list: registered buyers get an e-Fatura (Basic or Commercial scenario), everyone else an e-Arşiv.
• Manual or automatic: right away when "Official" is selected in the invoice editor, or automatically 0-7 days after payment. Automatic mode only takes invoices paid after it was switched on and never touches older ones. Selected payment methods can be left out of automatic mode.
• Number and prefix from e-Logo: e-Logo assigns the document number; the official PDF is attached to the invoice automatically and kept in WISECP's official invoice field.
• "I will upload my own PDF": when you select "Official" you can skip e-Logo and upload a PDF issued elsewhere; the add-on then leaves that invoice alone.
• Sending runs in the background through WISECP's task queue; temporary errors are retried automatically, permanent ones notify the administrator with a "send again" button.

Foreign customers and currencies

• Customers abroad get an e-Arşiv with the ISTISNA type and the service export exemption (302).
• Foreign currency invoices carry the CBRT forex buying rate and the Turkish lira amounts.
• For domestic zero-VAT items the exemption code (e.g. 351) is chosen in the settings.

Administrator and client screens

• Admin invoice page: e-Logo status, document type, number and the official PDF in one line; "View", "Refresh status" and, when needed, "Send again".
• Client invoice page: the official e-Fatura / e-Arşiv is shown in the page and can be downloaded.
• Refunds and cancellations: the e-Arşiv of a refunded or cancelled invoice is cancelled on e-Logo; for an e-Fatura the administrator is told what to do (rejection, return invoice).
• Layout: e-Logo's ready-made designs (GİB logo, QR code, signature) or the add-on's own design.

Safe and correct

• No double issuing: the document's ETTN is stored before sending; even if the answer is lost, the same invoice is never issued twice.
• Test mode: try it on the e-Logo test environment; test documents are never shown to customers and the invoices can be issued again once live.
• The e-Logo password is stored encrypted in WISECP; the seller details are filled in from WISECP's own invoice details.
• It does not enable while the Paraşüt add-on is active: an invoice is never formalised by two integrations.

Licence, updates and support

• Lifetime domain licence: the add-on is bound to the domain of your WISECP licence and keeps working without an end date.
• First 6 months of updates and support included: new versions are installed with one click from the add-on's settings page, with their signature and every file verified; your settings are kept. Afterwards the add-on keeps working; renew "Updates and Support" for 6 or 12 months for new versions and support.
• Initial installation and configuration free: your e-Logo account, seller details and designs are set up by our team. Further installations are available as an extra service.
• 1 free domain change: made from your service page; further changes are available as an extra service.
• If the licence cannot be verified, only new documents stop; issued documents keep their status checks, PDFs and cancellations. No invoice or customer data is sent for the licence check.

Requirements

• WISECP 5.0-beta.2 or later, PHP 8.1+ (curl, openssl, zip, dom, mbstring).
• An e-Logo e-Fatura / e-Arşiv account with a web service user; invoice taxation enabled in WISECP.
